I would like to express my satisfaction with the yard work done by Charles Gross at my home. He answered my request immediately and came out to look at the yard within an hour of the initial contact. He completed the work within two days, meeting a real need on my part and the work was very good. We have arranged for him to continue on a weekly basis until my mower is back from repairs and I may want him to continue after that. I highly recommend him and his work.

While Mr. Gross tried to be accommodating to our needs, his work was poor with a lack of attention to details. At times, he cursed and complained about the work. An unpleasant experience for us overall.

I appreciate your reveiw but am confused, I came out and met with you and your wife on a saturday which I try to keep foe myself and family, oh it was also my birthday and had plans. You showed me a list of multiple projects and asked if I could rewire and hang your dining room light because you had company coming so I stayed one and a half hours and completed for you. So if there was a problem with poor work or detail I am confused. I was also asked to return multiple times to complete the list, if I was not happy I would request for that person not to return. I also returned at no charge to check a stormdoor latch that I installed.
