Charmaine is a wonderful person to work with. She listened to us and saw what things we already had chosen and used this information to guide us to a truely wonderful remodeling experience. She is cheerful and easy to work with as well as professional and completely straightforward about costs and charges. We will continue to work with her in the years to come.

Charmaine called me shortly after I submitted my request via ServiceMagic. She gave me a complete explanation of what she does and how she does it (in this case, consult on an hourly basis to select colors for my living room, kitchen, and breakfast room). During her visit she listened to my likes and dislikes, made specific color recommendations, and equally important explained why she recommended what she did. I now have the confidence to move forward and my next step is to call my painter.
