Jon Chapman did a fantastic job for us. He stripped and resealed a wooden deck and cleaned, resanded and sealed pavers on a pool deck. Both areas look fantastic! Jon was also a true professional to work with. He was timely, paid attention to detail, and a good communicator. I would highly recommend Chapman Property Services.

The service and work was top notch. I have a large deck that required stripping, sanding and re-sealing and the finished results were beautiful. I would highly recommend Jon to my friends and family.

Jon Chapman cleaned my pool deck & resealed it. In addition, he cleaned my gutters & pool screen. He was prompt & did an excellent job at all of the tasks he did for me. He also cleaned up very well. I'd recommend him to anyone.

He wase very nice and professional. You can tell he loves what he does and does it well. Not the best on cleanliness since the plants around my deck where left full of the stain, but for the price I can not complain much. Also a lot of places where left unsanded, but in general a good job, I still would recommend them.

Unfortunately some of the plants did get covered in stain as it was windy and the tarps blew off. Stain wafted before I noticed. As for the sanding issue I'm not certain what areas were left unsanded as this was new wood and only mill stamps needed to be sanded off.

It was an exceptionally good experience. The work performed was done very, very well and I was very pleased with his timeliness in getting the job done at the last moment. I plan to use his services again. He is honest and genial. And he even sent us a "Thank You" card for the work. That is a first for us here in Florida. Nobody else that we have worked with has ever done that.

He did a nice job for a reasonable price. The only thing I'm not sure about is that from the back of the house there is a line where the roof looks cleaner/ lighter on one side than the other. I don't know if this is a result of the cleaning or if the shingle is just a different color. So, not knowing, I'd have to say he did a good job. The front looks great!

Shingle color does vary a little, especially on different sides of the roof. Fading and granule loss over time contributes to this difference in color.
