Project: Paint, Varnish or Stain Interior Surfaces
Work was completed when promised and the owner always responded to my emails and phone calls. A true professional. He painted the inside of my home and did a great job!. I'm going to use him to paint the exterior also.

Project: Renovate or Repair a Home
The contractor stated it would take 10 days to complete project. I gave him 14 when it actually took 4 weeks. Project was never completed and about 90% of the work had to be redone. There was no attention to detail on anything and crew was not very experienced. The owner was only on site about 30 % of time and i was his biggest customer during this time frame. I had to complete work myself or hire another person. This was my 4th remodel in 10 years and by far the worst experience. i will hire individual specialities the next time.

I am mostly happy with this contractor. he was prompt in estimating, scheduling and completing the job. I gave samples of what colors we wanted and they matched it correctly and completed the job satisfactorily. The only drawback in the whole engagement was that they did not leave any samples behind that i could use to touch up if needed.
