I lived hour away from George and I could not get anyone to come to our home and he did, He completed the job in the time he said it would take, also he used some of his own chemicals to help with my pool and I feel he went above and beyond what i expected. Thank youGeorge, You made my Memorial day weekend, without you it would have been a disaster.

Once you get George to your home, he does a GREAT job; however, he does not follow up on promises or even keep appointments. YOU have to keep after him until you can nail him down and get him to your home. He is worth the effort and aggravation - he is good.

My initial contact with George was excellent. However, hisfollow up for completing the project has been dispicable. He constantly states he will be at the house, but never shows. It has been over three months and my pool is in a state of flux. It is still leaking, the light is not installed, the pump leaks and needs attention. I have paid almost $900 and still waiting for him to show. He seems to appear at 9:00 p.m. and claims to be very busy. I find it hard to understand why this is taking so long when devoting a few hours to the project could complete it. It is getting to the point that I need to find another company.

He had fixed the problem in 5-10 minutes after we worked for a couple of months trying to figure it out. We were beyond relief when he had it running again. Next time, I think we'll just call you to begin with.

George said that he would be at my place on Wed. He showed on Thursday, did nothing, then said he would call to set up an appt. I called him 2 days later, he said he would be there on Monday, showed up, used my equipement, worked for an hour, said he would be back on Wed, never called, or showed, or returned my call. I have since called ASP pools and am very happy with them. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND CHAMPION POOL COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!

Champion Pool company and George Brown and his aide was a pleasat experience,the fixed my problem quickly and were fun to converse with. thier fee was reasonable...on a scale of 1 to 10, I give them 12
