Eric was very timely, and professional. He explained each task in fine detail, and was within his written estimate. There is no job too small nor too big that he won't tackle. Eric was extremely helpful with the design of a solution to my problem with an old cellar door. It is an exterior door that covers the steps to a cellar on a 100+ year old house. He came up with a plan that made the door lighter to lift open, a secure method for keeping it open, and still made it strong enough to support the weight of anyone who walked on it when it was closed. The end product was the finest looking and functioning cellar door I have ever seen.

Service call was prompt and speedy. Repair person was very personable, well mannered, and is extremely customer service oriented. He was very thorough and knowledgeable of the system. As is true with most of us (including me - ironically), it is hard to keep up with a few home issues when you are working full time. Christian and his family trusted me enough to invade their home and help them with a few maintenance issues. I wish them nothing but the best and hope they consider us in the future!
