I hired them with very clear instructions of what we wanted in a lawn service company.  They seemed to be very understanding in that sense. They showed up the first time in a timely manner and did an outstanding job.  After that, I could not get them to show up.  They showed up one other time and this was after several attempts to contact them and what they told me seemed legitimate, which is why I continued to use them.  I loved the quality of their work, did NOT like the non communication that followed, along with them NOT showing up.  Explained to them many times that we live in a HOA and we have rules.  I have gotten 2 tickets now.
