Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System
My complaint: the fan was not working in the outside unit for my AC. The first technician came by was very courteous, however the unit stopped working within 30 minutes after he left with the same issue. The initial charge was 141.11 plus the trip charge of 76.66. A second technician arrived later in the evening and the additional work cost an additional 320.00. Another company quoted a price much less than the total for today's cost, but because the initial price came in lower, I went with Certified Mechanical Co. It eventually cost me much higher in the end. $200.00 more.

The service technician was very courteous and explained everything he was doing. I had to purchase a lot of freon, and that was expensive, but I am confident in the work that was done and was provided info on what to do if I have more problems. I would definitely use them again.

Made through inspection and found problems that others didn't. Price came in lower than the others that I contacted and there were not hidden charges later.

They were very proffesional and timely. I am waiting for the rebate from my power company, that was sent by certified, to complete the instalation. Totaly satisfied.
