We were pretty pleased with him, he was fast and thorough. I don't really have any concerns. He didn't look in attic originally because we couldn't find the access but then we found it and he came back out for free. The only thing we can think he can improve is to be more technically inclined with the technology today didn't know how to scan and send over the report.

Doug was on time, Had him look at structure only, our biggest concern was a foundation crack on a new home, he said pretty much the same as a the foundation guys we had out there. he did seem to find a cause that no one had seen, and he found a few repair sports in the bathroom and living room that we didn't catch. For the price, I felt it was a good value for the money for the second opinion.
