They were timely with the initial request. I received a response from them same day within the hour of my request. In addtion, once work was being done, they were diligent in communicating with me that there would be a delay with the order of glass that was needed for my cabinet. I felt that my 50+ year old china chest was in very good hands. Awesome service and quality of work!!
