CertaPro was hired to do siding/trim repair and pressure washing. We had a few issues that were worked out such that I am perfectly comfortable recommending them and would use Certapro again. Certapro provided great quality of work and excellent customer service.

The team of painters arrived on time, quickly prepped and protected the area to be painted. The paint/trim job was finished when promised and looks beautiful. The men were friendly and professional. I have already recommended them to friends and will use them for any future paint jobs I have.

There were a few issues with the paint job that we noticed after completion. Rob & Nikki Eickhoff of CertaPro of Roswell were very quick to help us resolve the issues by personally bringing the painter back for touch-ups. GREAT customer service!! Will definitely use them again in the future.

Rob and Nikki Eickhoff were the most professional contractors I have ever dealt with. They've certainly raised the bar regarding customer service and professionalism. Beginning with the estimate which was written out and documented with photos detailing all work that would be done, continuing through to on time workers that did a fantastic job as well as being respectful and left an immaculate job site, I can't say enough about the level of service provided. I highly recommend CertaPro of Roswell for all your painting needs, it was a very positive experience and the deck is beautiful.

THey not only did a fabulous job of preping, repairing and painting, but they moved items, furntirue, etc. AND replaced it. They even trimmed the bushes for us, so they could pressure wash and paint. They went beyond what was expected and contracted for - to make sure our house was perfect. Unbelievable. THis was the 4th time we had our house painted. We will not use anyone else again, only CertaPro Painters of Roswell. What a TEAM! A+! EXCELLENT!

The crew worked efficiently and cleaned up the area at the end of each day, and the owners of the company came by to check on the work in progress. I would hire this company again for this type of job.
