Painters did not complete the work as described in the contract. When the owner, Matt, was called he stated it was a busy time of year and that there was no way his team was going to do everything he outlined in the contract - even though that is what the estimate was base upon.

When we first learned of the homeowners position with regards to our executing the work on the contract, we were concerned that we would not have enough good weather days left in the season,as this was an October project. I sent my best crew back out to do everything all over again, and completed the work as contracted. All items on the contract were executed to completion. Some requests are entirely unreasonable however, as are some customers. Our consistent high reviews demonstrate our committment to customer satisfaction.

I hoped to get my living room painted quickly. I emailed Certa Pro Sunday night, they called Monday morning, gave me and estimate on Wed night and finished the prep and painting on Saturday and Sunday. I am very happy with their attitude, promptness and the job they did for me. All done within a week from first contact!

The project was done on time. They cleaned up after the project was completed. No extra money was involved. Contract were honored. Excellent workmanship.

WOW! The building looks fantastic. Crew was prompt, courteous, and cleaned up everyday. I will be using Certa Pro for all of my future projects.

Overall good quality work. Very professional, helpful and friendly employees. The only complaint would be that the job was not completed on the estimated schedule. But I had a flexible time frame so it was not an issue for me other than the inconvience of having workers in my home longer than was expected.

They always informed me of what was happening. They really tried things to solve my problem. They clean up the area perfectly and came when they said they would.
