City: San Francisco Project: Exterior Home or Structure - Paint or Stain Initial communication was good, but as the project continued, communication was poor.  The people who quoted the work did not seem to communicate well with the workers who did the work.… Read Complete Rating Initial communication was good, but as the project continued, communication was poor.  The people who quoted the work did not seem to communicate well with the workers who did the work.  We had a lot of trouble with the prep work.  Whole areas were missed and some areas were poorly done.  The actual painting was decent, but required too many call backs.  The quality assurance at CertaPro needs a great deal of improvement.  The pricing was reasonable.
