Great customer service and reasonable rates

They did a good job and kept us appraised of the schedule. The only negative observation is the multiple requests for ratings - written rating given us by the painter; telephone rating that we are asked to call in; this rating on the internet. Also we filled out and signed forms requesting the work; forms that the work was completed and detail form about each aspect of the job. I spent 40 years doing market research for Fortune 500 Corporations and never did we get involved in this much paperwork in contracts.

I was very impressed with Sheri Osborn with CertaPro. The day she came to survey the job i recieved a very detailed estimate of what would be done, work wise and what the cost would be and this was all printed out for me and left in my hands for my consideration the day of the initial visit.

Both Painter(s), faux and interior, did a wonderful job; fast ,effecient and professional. Thank you!

Kelli's project included new paint for a panelled family room, new dining room colors, fresh paint for the foyer and staircase, plus new paint in the kitchen. The kitchen was additionally faux-finished for a Tuscan style appearance. Thank you, Kelli, for your feedback!
