My house is old and it is wood ..... needed much prep work ...... had peeling paint ... required major scraping and sanding .... then sent two painters .... a forman and a painter ..... they were on time everyday and worked their butts off ... cleaned up after themselves and did excellent work ....... I was very happy ...... and so is this old house .......

This was a job to preserve my rafters that are exposed to the elements. The proof of whether this was a good job or a not so good job will be in 5 years when this job will either be failing or will be still good to go. If it is in good shape then, I'll consider them for the rest of the house.

The painters were prompt, reviewed the days work plans with me and succeeded in painting a wonderful external paint job. There were a couple of small details I noticed that needed touch up and it was taken care of as promised.
