CertaPro was great to work with. Bernie Donoghue and his crew did an excellent job. He was very receptive to our needs, and has great customer service. I would definitely recommend him to a friend, and would love to use his services for future projects.

Two day job quoted. They rushed it and got whole house done in one day because they said they had to go to another job. Two days after large spots appeared on our ceiling where they app,Jed something to cover a small spot. At this writing almost a month after their job we are still trying to get a return visit scheduled to repair the ceiling. We have placed four calls and complained to the main CertaPro office at this point. we are very disappointed in the customer service and the fact that Bernie has not called back as he promised.

They provide you with designer help to pick out colors if needed. They installed crown molding and fixed some bad damage in my dining room ceiling. They moved the furniture and then put it back. They're very neat and professional and will not leave until you're completely satisfied with the job.

Painters were very good and cleaned up afterwards with no problems. They did a very wonderful job painting and I have paneling in my livingroom.

This company has local franchises which keeps the money local. I found the estimate to be detailed and complete. They provided an excellent power wash to the exterior and allowed time to dry before painting. The painters properly preped the work. THey taped and covered. They didn't fuse when I changed my mind on a color. I was very pleased with their service. I did take off from work during the project which put my mind at ease. It was a good experience. My neibors even complimented them on their professionalism

I am very pleased with the outcome of the exterior paint job. Bernie was a friendly and provided me with a detailed proposal and the work started on time. Matt was very helpful in advising the correct stain for the job and it came out looking very nice .Matt and his partner were very experienced and proffesional. A job well done.

Bernie was most helpful in providing an estimate and time frame on how long the work would take. He also was conscientious in his daily follow up of the progress of the work. Painters were friendly, helpful and neat in their work. And, they finished on time. I would use them again.
