Overall the work that was done looks great. There was a bit of a disconnect between the information given at the time of our quote. I think more communication needs to be relayed between the assessors and the workers.

The service that was promised by the person that provided the estimate was not the service that the painter provided. We were told 1 coat primer and 2 coats pain- I believe we got 1 coat tinted primer and 1 coat paint- the reason I think that is because they finished the job in 1 day- person doing the estimate said probably 3 days. Estimate person said painter would spackle walls- painter knew nothing about that . It took us about 2 hours afterwards to clean up the pain on the baseboards, floor, and stairways.

our experience with CertaPro was excellent. They arrived promptly and went right to work. Removing the popcorn ceiling was a very messy job. They left the room spotless each day when they left. I will definitely use them again and would not hesitate to reccomend them to friends and family.
