showed up to start job 3hrs late, painted staircase wrong color then started to paint over it with correct color without putting a primer on ( thank God i came back to condo & saw this ! ) ,didn't put down drop clothes until I told them to, paint on rug & coffee table & also on moldings, had lamp on wood floor and burnt that stop on floor. If you use this company....you will regret it !!

We value our customers comments and accept all complaints as a gift. We strive for continuous improvements and in this case we apparently did not meet our customers objectives. A late start at the beginning of the project was difficult to overcome and lead to the poor rating.

Bill's customer service goes above and beyond expectations. Crew was friendly and courtius and had respect for my home. Job came out great and was completed faster than expected. Highly recommend! Also to note... I used to avoid the "franchise painter" but the reality is you are dealing directly with the local owner for your work and he does a great job which is what matters.
