the owner will take care of you period! I was very unhappy w/ the first crew they sent out - they did a sub-par job - none-the-less the owner came out agreed w/ me sent another crew to fix the job and took an additional $100 off the price w/o us asking for it. This company is professional and vale customer service above all

poor customer communication. my project was to start oct. 26th but got backed up to oct. 31st, but no one called me from certa pro to inform me of this. also there was some property damage, but was taken care of by certa pro.

The painters (Jose and Ernesto) did an excellent job. They were very detail oriented and professional. They were friendly and great to work with. I had three bids, CertaPro was in the middle. I could not see how anyone could improve on their work, and I'm pretty picky. Ive' received compliments on the house from passerbys. I could not be happier about the job.

PEDRO DID AN EXCELLENT TO SUPERIOR JOB. THE PAINTING WAS WELL DONE AND VERY SUPERIOR TO WORK I HAD DONE PREVIOUSLY. THE PRICE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF ALL PROPOSALS. I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY. THEIR PROPOSAL WAS DETAILED AND ANSWERED ALL MY PHONECALLS. BOB FLORA
