I had a hard job...100 year old house with original trim, and cabinets that needed stripping first. The job was A bit expensive, but they did a great job... some details could have been paid attention to better, like drips and missed spots, or holes that should have been filled and weren't. They did come back and fixed what mistakes i found. They also completed the project quickly and delt with my schedules changes.

Meeting with Brian to discuss my project was a pleasure. Immediately felt comfort in considering Brian and his team for my project. Very professional and came prepared with referrals, company info, and photos of past projects. Once the project was underway, Sender and his team did a great job! I appreciate the time spent reviewing the project to make sure I was satisfied and that they did what I expected. I also appreciated the ideas and suggestions to ensure I was satisfied. CertaPro Greensboro was very pleasant to work with and flexible to meet scheduling needs. The work was completed quickly and they were willing to follow strict guidelines. I would have them do more work at my house.

The project manager arrived on time and gave us an estimate and explained what it covered and how the work would be performed. The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. My daughter remarked that it looked like a new home. The finished project war great.

Received quote quickly, scheduled work and then we were done. All went very smoothly. Had additional work that needed to be done but they didn't seem to skip a beat. Everyone I dealt with at CertaPro was professional and courteous and I felt like they valued my business. It was truly a pleasure working with these guys.

Total nightmare! Nothing done properly. Had to keep asking for things to be done. Even after owner and supervisor visited property, crew still failed to complete necessary work. Assurance that the jobe would be done to my satisfaction but no attempt to get the crew on track. 6 days to complete a 4 day project. iI am not confident that any part of the job was done right or will hold up in the future. The crew damaged and destroyed personal property and landscaping. They had no respect for our property or our things. This was a major mistake!
