Byron was very friendly and professional. I like the business structure. He was very accommodating. His painters were extremely polite and professional. They worked all day with one break for lunch. They never left for another job. Their work is amazing! I cannot believe its my house. They did an amazing job on everything and I didn't have to check in on them. I love their work. The quality of work is top notch and the price was very reasonable. I love this company, I will hire them again! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Look no further because I have done the ground work for you! This company is the best!

A bit pricey compared to some of the competition, but they showed up on time, got the job done right and fast with no evidence that they were even there.. Well worth the price for no hassel!

started on time, good clean up, very good painters

I hired CertaPro Painters to paint and replace wood rot on the exterior of my house. Overall they did a good job. Byron was candid and honest throughout the process and although we had a small miscommunication on a part of the pricing it was resolved very professionally. The painting was definitely top notch - my only complaint was with the wood rot replacement. While it was ultimately completed, it took several attempts to get it right. Bottom line - they were good to work with but not perfect.

Byron and his crew were great. Very professional and followed up when they said they would. Showed up on time every day. They painted the exterior of my home. Good attention to detail and cleaned up after themselves. I have already forwarded Byron's name to my neighbors with my recommendations.

The quality of the work was terrible. The walls were not smooth despite the fact that twice during the process our concerns were shared with the crew leader. There is paint on the cabinets, mud/filler on the sink and toilet, and the wallpaper wasn't completely removed and the walls are rough. I paid them in full to avoid issues thinking Byron would make it right. Both bathrooms need sanded and reapainted. I told them I wasn't comfortable with the same crew as they mislead me twice about the wall smoothness. We also found roaches in our house, I think from there dropcloths. Byron said he would give a $50 refund or send the same crew. NOT HAPPY

The project was two small bathrooms where we removed wall paper and painted. When the issue was brought to my attention, after the final inspection and payment, I tried to schedule follow up painting to correct the issue. The customer refused and demanded a 50% refund ($250) I suggested 10% ($50). We are currently actively working to schedule another crew to fix the problem. As soon as the customer has a work date for us we will make it right.
