Project: Build an Addition
When we decided to start this project, we had the usual worries with all the horror stories you hear about some contractors. Well our contractor was nothing like that! R.M. remodelers were great. In fact they worked so fast they were ahead of the scedule all the way through. We had to put on our track shoes to keep up with them. Their attention to detail and their subs attention to detail showed in every step in the build. All inspections passed the first time every time, due to quality workmanship and going above the building code requirments. I have allready recomended them to others for their projects. They really listened to our needs. I like that they can put my vision to work and that I don't have to be there to make sure everything is perfect, as they are looking out for me and want to do a good job.

We're so glad we finally found the right contractor who listened to our needs and came up with an awesome design. No fancy gadgets nor blase presentation but yet delivered a result that is beyond our expectations. We love the outddor feel while being indoor rain or shine. Additionally, we now have the needed space to entertain guest since we lost the formal living room to a home theater conversion. Each team in evry phase of the project took owenership and fulfilled their task promptly. Thank you so much for our new space, Highly commendable

Beautiful work! I couldn't be happier with my remodel. The only thing I would have had different would be that the demo of the kitchen would not have been done prior to the cabinets being oh hand.

Highly satisfied overall - got daily update from Robert/Matt, reply within the day on every comment/request we had; very polite workers. Beautiful kitchen and dining in 6 weeks. Best of all is the post-project visit. Matt followed-up with us a month after the remodel (when things have "settled"/i.e., cabinets, granite, appliances, etc.) and did minor retouch/adjustments as requested.

They were great! They showed up when they said they were going to show up, they cleaned up when they were finished for the day and they were also very nice. I've already referred them to a few of my friends and I plan on using C and K again for more work on my condo in the future!

A very straightforward kitchen remodel, this job went very smoothly. Parking and working in high-rise condos is always challenging but we managed to complete the job without upsetting any of the neighbors or the management. The kitchen looks really, really nice, the job went very quickly and turned out really, really well. Thanks Kim:)
