Extremely dissatisfied. 1. He put tiles up (4 large, a short column of 1") where they belong, but it was extremely sloppy (deep grout, some 1" tiles barely show through). I supplied the grout, but it was not a match and he used it anyway without saying anything to my wife (and he and his worker ended up going to home depot anyway for the caulk). 2. Put clear caulk over existing caulk which was covered with mildew (I removed it and redid it). 3. Did not remove/refill cracked grout as asked, then told my wife that I didn't tell him about it (not true!). 4. Never filled grout in 2 small areas around tub, but caulked over them...the list goes on

Donnie was very professional and did an excellent job. He was very clean and neat and I was very pleased with how he repaired the soapdish that had come off the tile wall in the bathroom.
