The company owner (Jim) handled our project and did a great job, particularly considering we made several project adjustments along the way. He was very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of tile installation and maintenance and flexible when it came to changes in tile and project scope. We were very happy with the overall results and have already recommended him to our neighbors.

We were delighted with the fairness of Personal Touch's price. The quality of his work was outstanding. They completed the job and left our home spotless, where that had worked. I would highly recommend Personal Touch!

Jim was on time, professional and courteous. He works only with tile and based on the job he did for us, knows his craft very well. Did the job in the time he quoted (which is a big plus, given that we had a rather intricate job) and cleaned up after...another big plus. I very much reccommend him to anyone that needs tile work done right. The olny reason he didn't get the full 5 stars is because, that would be absolute perfection and that is very hard to come by...but he got close.

There are probably quite a few companies, in the area, who install tile flooring well. However, if you are looking for a professional who offers skills of excellence, conscientious care, reliability and integrity - Look No Further! My experience began with massive water damage to my home floors. Needless to say, I was pretty much overwhelmed; but Jim's expertise made me feel confident and kept me apprised each step of the way. I felt very comfortable about having him in my home. He offered valuable opinions when needed, and treated my project as if it were his own. His service and workmanship served to be more valuable than the dollars spent. I really can't say enough positive things about Ceramic Tile Accents. Besides my floors looking amazing, Jim Ramsberger is a perfectionist who remains at the top of his league. So without reservation, I would recommend this company. A "10" star rating out of "5"...for sure!!

While our project was relatively small in comparison, Jim didn't rush through the project just to check it off his list. He advised us of structural issues that kept him on the job for an extra day, but in the end we have a better quality floor to show for it.
