I needed this inspection because I am refinancing my home and the appraiser called for it. I new there was no mold down there and I was afraid I would get somebody here that would say they found mold and then have to go through an expensive mold remediation process. That was not the case with this company. They came out did a quick and easy inspection, found no mold and satisfied my needs at a very low cost. I would recommend them to anyone. Tom O, Philadelphia

First of all it is so hard to trust anything you come across over the internet but to be connected to a live person who assisted me with the local numbers for these businesses that i was intrested in was a plus and to actually find a home inspector who was courtesy, prompt and efficient; I could not ask for anything more.
