Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
I hired them to do a move out job costing $150. They spent 2 hours cleaning. I specifically told them to concentrate on the 2 bathrooms, windows, blinds and kitchen and then do whatever else they need to do. When they were done there were a lot of shadows in the house, so, things looked ok. The next morning I arrived at the house in full sunlight and saw that many things were not done. I had to go back over the windows because there was a white film over them. None of the corners of the windows were cleaned, in fact none of the corners in the entire house were cleaned. I had to go back over everything. Do not recommend for move out!

The Service was woefully incompetent. She guaranteed the cleaning would pass inspection, but did not come close. I had to have her re-clean before I initially paid her. She promised to come back if my landlord needing something and she simply dodged my phone calls to avoid satisfying my landlord. Very VERY poor service. AVIOD AVOID, AVOID!!!

My first with them. They did a thorough job in cleaning the house. Nice ladies and I like to support woman owned cleaning businesses. I used one for 6 years before I moved into the area. Women do a better job in this line of business.

They should have given me a time window of when they were coming. We waited and waited. Called two or three times to make sure they were coming. Said she would call the night before but didn't. Otherwise they did a very good job!
