They identified the problem. Gave me an estimate. Showed up on time for the work. Completed the work in a reasonable amount of time and the cost was per the estimate. Additionally, they were pleasant to work with.

Had a great experience with Chris and his associate. They came to the house, gave a free and very fair estimate for the work we needed done, and did a very thorough job. There was even an incident with a pipe breaking on our old hot water heater while they were there, and though it was not their fault, they were kind enough to fix it and clean up the small mess it had made. Very professional and courteous, and we will use them again.
