Project: Install a Satellite Dish System
Chris is very knowledgeable and understood my problem which was not typical immediately. As an authorized dealer he was able to contact Dish Network, pull my account and offer the most effective solution in very little time. The only reason I’m giving them four stars is that the guys were a little late for the installation and left me with just one remote (which they mailed me right away on my request) because they set it up only for one TV. Both are communication issues – if they discussed their decisions with me upfront these would not have been issues. On the upside I can say that all my questions were answered/problems resolved quickly.

Initial contact was great. People arrived on time, and appear to have done good work. They were going to charge more than initially told on the phone, but they changed the invoice when challenged.

I had done extensive research on the web & seriously considered doing this myself. I'm very glad i chose Chris Cavender for this instead. His son arrived promptly with both the equipment Cavenders had recommended and the equipment the internet had recommended. Cavenders tried the internet equipment first which did not work and then used their recommended equipment which worked flawlessly at no extra charge and a savings over what the internet recommended. They saved me time effort & a lot of money. I'ld be happy to discuss this project in further detail.

Project: Satellite Dish System - Install
This was a special satellite dish installation to provide me with Canadian satellite TV in the Dallas area and backup antenna. Very top notch, on-schedule work! Bit of a non-usual request but it didn't faze them at all. I would highly recommend them for any such jobs or any other home theatre / sound system work I might get done.

The team at Reception Unlimited, Inc. did a fantastic job. They responded within minutes to my service request. Chris Cavender came out and did a walk thru of what I wanted done and provided me an estimate to perform the work. We scheduled the work and his team showed up on time and completed a high quality job as promised. I highly recommend them and would gladly use them in the future.
