They did a great job. Our landscape is beautiful. Mark is very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

I had an initial meeting with Mark; It was rather rushed and continually interrupted. By his receiving cell phone calls from his construction workers. He offered no ideas or insight to the project. He specifically told me that an architect design will contact me to draw a plan. No plans were drawn, no designer contacted me, and there was no more contact from Mark. Evidently he did not want to do the project. If he would have told me I would have completely understood. I believe that his failure to re-contact me, was rude, unprofessional, and demonstrates poor business.

This customer is absolutely correct, we dropped the ball, and I apologized to her about that. We met with her during a very chaotic time, our offices were moving and I had a death in my family. I left her in the hands of another landscape design company that was supposed to contact her and come up with a landscape design, and then contact me. They never contacted her and I failed to follow up with the design company. Truly this is my fault and I do apologize.

The landscaping was well planned . The job took a little longer then planned but " NOT " the fault of the contractor. The weather delayed the jobs completion. Mark the owner and the workers were very friendly and curtious. I would definetly recommend this company to my family and friends and use them in the future. Thanks guys for a top notch job..

It all began well, but Mark became busy with several enterprises and became more and more difficult to reach. He has many irons in the fire business-wise, and vacations while jobs are underway. That situation led to a disastrous job on a part of our major landscape project, when he left a brand new hire in charge who could not read a drawing. When Mark finally returned, he had to redo much of the work. We asked that he not leave anymore while work was underway, and he became defensive, saying his family comes first. And then he stopped returning calls and unilaterally quit the job altogether! He left us stuck with having to pay for drawings.

Mr. Cauble did the hardscape work for the smae project. I've completed the planting and finish work. Marc worked well with my schedule and was comfortable with our conversations to do what he needed without my supervision. I'm very pleased with the job.

Do to the volume of business Marcus has scheduled our project for the middle of November. Therefore I am not able to rate Quality. So far we are pleased with picking Marcus.

Terrific. Would use again and recommend highly. Chose them over 11 other bids.
