Terrible customer relations making it clear they had no interest in actually helping me solve the problem, but was just interested in getting me to pay the highest amount possible. I did NOT hire this company. Although the inspectors who came to my house were very nice and tried to be helpful, the company itself was not one I would ever put my trust, or hard earned dollars. into! Stay away.

Very Dissapointed. I did not receive the type of service I was promised. Hired Catseye to get rid of two woodchucks, paid them $900. They guaranteed that they would get rid of them, they never caught them. I expect the woodchucks to show up again next year.

Sean the initial point person was very knowledgeable and courteous. The expert control people different for every visit and did not communicate well. The traps set were not all taken back and the other expert control person did not know were the trap were set. Hence,this create a problem for me to find where the trap are and remove myself, very unprofessional.

I called a few pest control businesses in my area. Out of four businesses Catseye's inspector was the only one to actually climb into my attic and inspect the area, one company just popped their head up there, another company didn't even bother to come in the house at all just looked around the outside of my home. I felt that Catseye gave the most thorough inspection. I was disappointed, however, that my attic was not cleaned of the fecal remains from the rodents, as I was told by the inspector that that was included in the fee that I was charged, according to trapper that would be an extra fee. Hopefully, my mice problem was taken care of
