I needed an estimate for a spring pool opening to give to a home buyer with the sale of my home and Kip was very helpful and quick to provide the necessary document. I recommended that the home buyer call him when she was ready to get the pool opened next spring. Kip provided excellent customer service !!!

Don't let the fact that this is a relatively new company put you off, because all of the people at Catalina have had many years of experience in the pool business. We have worked with other large pool contractors in the area, and the customer service from Catalina was far superior to anyone we have used or that I am aware of. In addition to their EXCELLENT, customer service, the work they do is top notch, and their prices are very reasonable. I am so happy to have a pool contractor like Catalina in the area, we plan to use them for all future pool needs.

Project: Build or Install a Concrete Swimming Pool
We can't say enough about Catalina Pool Builders!! There were no regrets from the moment Scott and Pete came to our home for the estimate to the last drop of H20 filled the pool. Every person that is affiliated with this company were respectful of our home, property and our neighbors. Scott and Pete supervised the project daily, even seen working side by side with the subcontractors so that the project would be completed on time. The end result ia a BEAUTIFUL free formed pool with concrete decking and flowerbeds. If you want a professional/personal company in your backyard, THESE ARE YOUR GUYS!! Beth and Bud Catononsville, MD

After a little miscommunication I'm very satisfied with the work done. Kip stayed in contact with me and updated me on every step taken. I plan to use Catalina to open and close my pool going forward.
