Castle windows sent a representitive out in a timely fashion to give us an estimate w/ minimal pressure. Our windows were ready and installed about 2 weeks later. I was a bit worried as they only sent out 2 guys to install 16 windows, but the job got done before it was too dark and we have noticed a huge difference in our house w/ "holding in more heat". The windows are vinyl and made to fit your windows. I can clean all 16 windows inside and out in about 20 minutes! One downfall that they wouldn't have mentioned if I didn't ask was that you cannot use ammonia based products to clean windows as it could yellow the vinyl.

Great windows. Great sales & installation crews. On time, worked hard. Knew their business. Answered all my questions. Adapted to minor request. Cleaned up well. Their windows are the BEST!!!

Quick to respond, knowledgeable salesman, pricey on material and labor. Time between estimate, purchase ok but length of time to wait for an installation much too long for my needs. After purchasing installation I found two other sources with the same quality materials willing to install door within a week.

Their representives wrote down a different price on our contract than we agreed on. We ended up paying an extra 200 dollars. When we called they were not helpful at all. Their installers showed up two hours late and forgot a window. We called again and Castle still did not want to help us. It was a horrible experience. The price was high to begin with and the poor customer service makes them not worth it at all. Do not use this comapny. If they make things right by me I will change my mind about this company. I have a second floor to do as well and as of today I would never use this company again. I just wanted to add that castle did contact us after numerous emails and phone calls and finally took the two hundred dollars off.

The Castle Rep was very knowledge and the quality of the windows is excellent once our AC's were put back in you could tell a difference in Air Flow right away. With My old windows I normally had to run the ACs full blast to keep the house below 80 now I actually sometime have to turn off the ACs due to the Temp in the house being around 70ish, but the only con so far I have found about castle windows is the time table to install. I got told 2 days max to put in 9 windows I have 6 windows in on the first day and now have to wait for them to come back for the remaining 3 windows which won't be for 4-6 weeks.
