Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
Brian at Castle Master Mechanical called withing seconds of my submitting my request to install a replacement water heater. He was friendly, knowledgable and flexible. He was a bit tardy, but called ahead to let me know why. Once he arrived, he explained the job and how long it would take. He completed the job on time at his bid price even though there were some unforeseen surprises and significant changes that needed to be made to the exsisting plumbing. He was effecient, clean and friendly. I would highly recommend Castle Master Mechanical.

They responded quickly and fixed the water heater the same day and are very professional. The only reason I did not rate thrn five stars is they did not mail my receipt as promised for my rental property.

Brian and Castle Master rocks! We had an accumulation of small plumbing projects, including one large leaking toilet. I was on the phone with Brian on Thursday night at 7:00 and he was at our front door ready to work at 7:30 a.m. Friday morning. He was prepared, worked quickly and was straight forward honest and clear about all the repairs. Everything was done perfectly! And I'm pretty particular about our homeowner projects...he's my plumber from here on.

I am very pleased with the work that Brian of Castle Master Mechanical, LLC completed in repairing a plugged hot water line. He called immediately; looked at the problem within an hour and repaired it with excellent quality the next day at a very reasonable price. I would recommend ServiceMagic and Castle Master Mechanical, LLC to anyone in need of a plumber. I will continue to use ServiceMagic for my home repairs.
