THE MAIDS WHERE VERY NICE, HOWEVER THEY WHERE WAY TO FAST AND DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB , TOILETS WHERE DIRTY THEY DID NOT DUST , THEY ALSO DONT MOVE FURNITURE TO CLEAN BEHIND OR UNDER ANYTHING, THEY SPENT 1.5 HOURS TO DO A DEEP CLEAN IN A 3 BEDROOM HOUSE , ONLY SPENT 5 MIN. IN LIVING ROOM. OTHER THEN VACUM AND MAKE BEDS I AM NOT SURE WHAT WAS DONE. BEWARE

I would not use this company again. they did a poor job, the floors were still dirty when they left. I had them do the upstairs floors twice. dusting was not done well. I had to clean after them after they left. waste cans were not emptied. showers not very clean. laundry room was not cleaned.

I am pleased with the service. Some areas were not as clean as they should have been. For instance, dusting door frames and wall molds was not a strength. The crew did clean everything, and not more, of what they have been asked.

On just 2 days notice, Castle Maid was able to send a team of 3 ladies to my house, and they did a superb job. Friendly & very efficient, even with all the obstacles left in their way. They got things clean that I didn't think would come clean anymore. I have used other companies in the past that don't even come close to the quality of the work these gals did. I used to say "cleaning companies just push the dirt around" Not Castle Maid!! My house looks great now. I am so happy with this service I will be using them on a regular basis. Pretty good. They don't do the little touches that some of the other cleaners do, but they get all the basics, they are fast, and reliable which is important.

For the amount of money that was charged for the first time, I expected to come home to a much cleaner house. I'm not sure exactly what was done, but things were not put back in the correct places and for double the price, the cleaning was no better than the service I just fired because they were not cleaning thoroughly. I understood the 1st time was to be a "deep clean", but I couldn't tell the difference, Will not be having them again.
