I had a roof leak that I had three contractors give me estimates on. Cascade was the only contractor that fixed the job the way I wanted with a warranty. One company was only going to do a little patch & hope they fixed the leak, the other company couldn't offer a warranty, unless they re-roofed the whole east side, which would have been over $4000. Cascade I thought was reasonably priced & came with a 5 year warranty of the work that they repaired...after the repair was complete, there were two minor issues that they took care of...it took a little time, but they came through...highly recommended & professional!

Cascade gave me a good bid on composition roof for my 2 car garage but I switched to metal roof - which they advised me on and installed. It looks great and they worked with me on details.

1901 house with pitched roofs - Pricing was in the middle of the bids (good bid). Contract was spelled out and stipulated all materials and contingencies. Methods were standard industry practice (20% to start, 60% at end, 20% when liens were released from suppliers). No problem taking plastic. Crew was professional, hard working, quality guaranteed craftsmanship. Wished more contact with superintendent. Short two bundles, but still finished on time. A little damage to siding (this happens when siding is over 100 yrs old, no damage at all gets 5 stars from me). We're picky since we have construction backgrounds.

Although we were out of town during the time that our roofing project was going on, our neighbors reported that the workers were quiet and looked like they were doing a good job. Upon our return, we couldn't even tell that anyone had been there -- except for the excellent new roof! Everything was clean, neat, and in position. Cascade was excellent to work with -- all of the personnel we dealt with were very accessible and knowledgeable. It's companies like this that make life easier for the rest of us!

We couldn't have asked for anything more than what Tyson, Mariah, and the gang at Cascade Roof systems gave us. Tyson provided a thorough and accurate bid, and the final bill even came in a little under that! He patiently answered my many many questions, and those of the 89 year old property owner. Tyson also provided us with pictures of the problem areas on the roof so we fully understood what work was needed and why. The staff completed their work quickly, courteously, and they left the job site clean. If another of our properties needs a new roof or roof repair, we will save time and go straight to Tyson and Cascade Roof Systems!
