Arrived later than expected but job well done. Had to make a quick run to Home Depot to pick up part that was out of stock in truck. Charged me for materials (which is understandable) but when asked to see receipt from Home Depot he indicated he did not have it. Charge of materials seems a little high for what he had to get.

Gave a few tries on rodding out the sewer line pick on the outside of my home and about 5 minutes later told me I needed to rip up my front yard to do a $5-$10,000 job. Basically charged me full price for his effort even though he didn't even temporarily relieve the pressure on my pipes. What a waste of time!

Responded very quickly. Came out the next day to fix the problem. Didn't try to make the project bigger than it was. Was very professional, honest, and informative. And cleaned up after himself!
