John was very professional in solving our mouse problem. After completing the job, he returned twice to do an inspection. These repeat visits were performed at no further cost. I HIGHLY recomend Cascade Pest Elimination. If we encounter any other pest problems, Cascade will get our business. One more thing. The fee we were charged was well below what we felt it was going to be.

John was on time and ready to go when he arrived. This guy is obviously very experienced and knows his stuff when it comes to the field of pest elimination. He did a great job assessing and diagnosing my problem, understanding the behavior patterns of the pests and how to properly and how to address the issue. But also as importantly, he was upfront, honest and communicated his observations and recommendations so that I could understand my options. I would hire him again and would recommend him to anyone needing help with pest control issues as he did a great job and appears to take pride in providing quality services.

John communicated clearly what he would do, how and the cost. He was no nonsense, clean, arrived when he said he would and took care of the disgusting problem quickly, neatly and efficiently. I hope I never have to have him back but if I do have another problem he is the man I will call!
