Very good analyzing the problem and recommending solution. Busy schedule so pinning down a date for doing work. Floor raising was completed in a very satisfactory manner. Cleanup after work a little lax.

I am not having a good experience with this guy. He started the work then left it halfway done saying he had other projects to finish first. He did part of the work, but I am not sure when he will be able to complete the task. He made racist remarks when asked ti finish the job in time. He siad he we be back but two days have passed and no show for now..
