The job was done with quality work, and the area was cleaned up afterward. The workmen arrived when they said they would, and worked steadily and quietly until the job was done. I am pleased with Cascade Contracting and would use them again if the need arose.

Bathroom remodel is beautiful. Workmanship was excellent, however, contractor didn't always show up when they were suppose to. Contractor was not happy when I asked for a receipt.

In regards to the coments, when we began the project we explained to the customer that there would be days we could not be there, we always comunicated with the customer and completed the project in a very timely manor. regarding the recipt, the project had lump sum bid line items that we willed off of and provided billing as we worked through the job. At the end the customer demanded a complete billing of all of my costs and proffit on the project. If we know at the beginning of the job that that is how we are billing we usually are happy to provide. In this case we had not properly compiled our cost invoices to easily provide.

I hired this pro because they talked very well at first and the price they offered was competitive. HOWEVER, they didn't finish their job well. I told them I would like to build a 8" deck on the back, so I need the pop-up nozzles 9" away from the house. They did NOT messure at all, so finally two of nozzles were too close to the house and we need to dig it up and redo. I asked them to adjust the nozzles so that not that much water being splashed on the fences, they didn't do it. We set up appointment for restart the system after winterization, they didn't show up, and now I called them several times they didn't even give me a call back!!!!

In response to the above review; The first thing we would like to say was that there was an extreme language barrier between us and this client. We set the sprinklers were we thought we understood they wanted them and when we were told it was incorrect we moved them promptly three times. as far as no call this is not true we told the client that we had to have a time span over several hours to do service work because we were working other projects and had to do it in route. We did install this sprinkler system to thier expectations and it was well designed and operated perfectly. As far as calling back this is not true.

Professional, great bid contract!! Friendly and a very competitive bid !! Young group, but but seems capable and knowledgeable. Out of the 6 bids we got, they we're in our top two !! Only reason we chose another company was because they've been in business decades longer, had a huge portfolio book of fences they built, drew out the styles and types of fence giving us three options/price levels to choose from, came recommended to us by friends, go to our church, neighbors to us, it's a small town and local companies we try to support first, if we can. Other than that, we would of definitely used them!
