Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms
Project included addition to existing house as well as upgrades such as new windows, doors, and roof. This included foundation, framing, electrical, mechanical, and flooring. Enjoyed working with Zeke and his crew; Tim and Ryan. They were always willing to listen and work through any snags that inevitably occur. Integrating a new structure into a 50 year old home isn't easy especially over the course of a wet, cold winter. Very happy and pleased with the way the house turned out, and would recommend them highly.

Project: Install or Completely Replace Vinyl Siding
I received 3 bids for vinyl siding but decided to take the advice of Zeke Farnsworth of Cascade Builders NW and have my south wall replaced with cedar instead of vinyl. The rest of my old 1943/1960 was sided in old growth cedar. He gave me an excellent price for tearing down the battered cedar siding on the south wall, installation of Tyvec, and replacement of the cedar boards and shakes with new cedar. He also replaced 2 old aluminum windows with new vinyl Milgard windows and then painted my entire houe including trim. He was efficent, professional, and courteous. He and his assistant Dave did an outstanding job.

Project: Install or Replace Wood Shake or Composite Roofing
Zeke is an outstanding professional, did two big jobs: Roof: Looks very good except for gaps of daylight between the gutter and eaves. I would have liked to have known it would look that way beforehand. I paid more than other bids on the expectation of wood rot-there wasn't any. It has rained HARD and there have been no problems. Hardwood Floors: These are fabulous, and a great price. We had some badly damaged floors that now look brand new. Our fridge was scratched in 3 places when it was moved. Rather than a long discussion wondering how & why, I would have preferred to go straight to, "what can we do to make it OK?"

Not done with remodel yet, but Zeke and his team are honest and willing to work with you during the project.. I would highly recommend Zeke to anyone.

Cascade Builders Contractors is a very well obligated company. Zeke was and is very informative. He has let us know about things pretty much through all the steps. He has great communication also. His workers are very courteous and hard working. They perform well. Great as a team. Our project isn't complete yet but pretty close. We love the job they have completed so far and can not wait for the end result. If I had to recommend a contractor this would be the one!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks so much for the help and matching us up. It has been wonderful so far.

The Owner, Zeke Farnsworth is the most HONORABLE and CONSCIENTIOUS builders I've had the pleasure of working with in my 50 years of building homes!! I would not hesitate to call him again for ANY building project
