Floors turned out great! The crew worked hard!! Definantly would recommend Carter quality hardwood flooring to anyone. Our floors were in pretty bad shape before, and now they are beautiful. The guys even took off all the molding, put it back, and caulked around all the walls!

Prompt response to request for quote. Showed up on time for appointment. Very thorough inspection of project, answered all of our questions before providing a quote. Will consider for future work. Very impressed with resume, sales documents and records of previous work. Absolutely beautiful work, finished on time. Jason did a great job of keeping us up to date on the work. Job involved some repairs to the wood floor in an older home, they were completed perfectly. We are thrilled with the results. They turned out better than we expected.

My experience with Carter Quality Flooring was exceptional from start to finish. The negotiation of the bid was not a high pressure sales approach, Jason was courteous and did not try to push us when he came out to get measurements for the estimate. He provided us the estimate within a couple days, which worked for our project timeline. Of course, the price was an important factor in why we chose Carter Quality Flooring, but it was not the only reason. The trailer system for their dustless sander was a huge selling point for us as well. Finally, we are thrilled with how our floors turned out, we would defenitely recommend this company.
