Replaced the original garage door.    There bid came in at about 100 dollars less than another. After completion,  at first the door was not shutting completely and it was not sealed.   The installer left the door dirty.  The owners came out and corrected the issues upon request.   They did not give me any hassle and did it as soon as possible.   It required changing the frame and applying caulking around the wood which they said they normally do not do.    The door is pretty good now.  It is an old house with a lot of settling.   The reason why they did not get 4 stars instead of 3 is that it cost me another 100 dollars to get it right.
