UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Showed up ready to go to work. Covered my new floors to protect them. From start to finish completed everything they said AND MORE!!. Even though the site that was prepared for the fireplace by someone else that knew nothing of the type or model of fireplace to be installed - Carter Custom fixed EVERYTHING! - AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!!!! I had spoken to a number of Fireplace sales people and installers...no one could touch Carter's price and I doubt they could deliver the type of customer service that Carter did. I would like to thank Servicemagic and Rose Creek Builders for recommending Carter Custom Construction. Could not possibly have had a better experience!!!!

This is the first time we have hired a contractor. We added a 550 sq. ft. addition. Benny and his workers were very easy to work with. They were very responsive to any issues we had or any questions we needed answered. I would recommend them.

Excellent design ideas, detailed work, cost within budget, great working relationship with workers who went beyond the agreed-upon tasks to help me out. Have now asked Carter Custom Construction to quote additional kitchen cabinetry.
