Poor communication. First day rained out. No problem but also no call. Guy showed up at 1 pm in person. Rescheduled, came out on the wrong day. Did half the work, left with dust covering everything. No clean up what so ever. Cut into a number of the stones. No call to let me know what was going on. Had to tell them not to come back out. Told me they had to comeback saturday. Don't know how I was supposed to know that. They offered to fix it but I told them that the work done so far was unacceptable, obviously not by a skilled mason, and not to come back.

Carrillo did a terrible job on my front porch. The "repair" has left the porch and stairs in far worst shape than before Carillo did any work. The new brick work is uneven, old broken bricks which I speciffically said were the issue were used again. On top of that, the mortar (cement) used is all over the face of ALL the bricks on the porch, not just in the joints. The entire porch is a mess now instead of just the 4 or 5 bricks in the left corner which were the original problem. I would firmly recommend that Carillo NOT BE RECOMMENDED OR USED for any type of mortar or brick work. They are clearly not qualified for this type of work.
