We had an emergency, dead central AC unit for upstairs, and the process of getting service was as daunting as googling service for the manufacturer of the unit. Thanks Servicemagic(SM) and Carriere! The call to SM was very reassuring, and Mr. Carriere even praised them. The service by Carriere was just what you'd want: they called soon after my choice through SM, they treated my case as a priority, and they fixed the problem. I was pleased by the service, and will be calling them back to do the routine service on our other unit, after the heat waves are over. Again, we were quite pleased.
