The only surprise was that my credit card was charged for the entire job before the work was even scheduled. Though they did a great job, were quick, and arrived on time for the scheduled appointment. Also, their selection of colors was great.

Very happy with the carpet installation. Joe (the owner) came in after work hours to discuss carpet options and to measure the rooms. Came up with a fair price, and scheduled a weekend installation. The installers came on-time and finished on-time. Couldn't have hoped for a smoother transaction. Will definitely recommend to friends, and will use again for another carpet installation in the near future.

We hired Carpets in the Park to replace some flooring in a conference room of ours. They did great work, showed up on time and cleaned up after the job. We would used them again for any flooring needs.

What I liked about Joe from Carpets in the Park is that he offered me suggestions on other flooring options. He brought me samples so that I could see what it would look like with my cabinets. I came home from work and had a new floor, which I love.

The installation of the carpet looks great. There were a couple of repairs to existing carpet that were also done well. However, the installers were in a hurry to get to another job, and it took major discussion and talking to the "boss" to get them to do the repairs. In the end they did do a great job on the repairs.
