Owner of Carpets Direct was very accessible and easy to work with. We had our hardwood flooring picked out within 10 minutes of his arrival, which is amazing since I wasn't sure of what I wanted! Workers showed up when expected, installed more quickly than estimated, and floor is beautiful. Lots of compliments on it. I would definitely recommend Carpets Direct to purchase and install your hardwood.

Prompt communication, quick service, and will work with you on what you need. Installers arrived on time did an excellent job on the vinyl we had installed. Price was more than competitive with the "Big Box" stores around.

We were very pleased with our experience with Carpets Direct from day one. Dan was very professional and easy to work with, providing us with all that we asked for at a fantastic price. The guys who installed our beautiful new carpet were professional, friendly and did a top notch job!! We are VERY PLEASED with our experience with Carpets Direct and would definitely use them again. Beautiful job!!

they came late, the product presented for contract, was not what they installed, not color, not quality.
