This flooring vendor is over the top when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. The installers for my hard wood floors and custom hand crafted stairs were true artists. It is almost impossible to find the type of furniture quality workmanship as was provided. This company is the most reliable flooring vender I have ever used and I highly recomend them to anyone wanting the best of sevice and quality.

We are very pleased with the installation of our laminate flooring. Allen and Yvette were very nice and very helpful in assisting us with our selection. The installation was professional and quick. We most likely will use them on our next flooring project. Great communications all along the way.

The saleslady was very pleasant, went to some lengths to find the type of carpet I was looking for (a close match to what I had in an adjoining room) Even though she was new to the business or that particular company she demonstrated a grasp on what was needed and was able to have the carpet installed in a timely manner.
