We had a problem with the old tack strips we had put in place. The installer thought he might have to return another time but he came up with a solution and it turn out great. I really liked the fact that he knew his trade and could come up with an alternative solution.

Carpet Surgeon was excellent and very quick. They also seem to be the only show in town so comparison shopping was fruitless and ultimately pointless. We were completly statisfied with their service.

Quickly responded to request for bid and knowing we were preparing for a real estate broker tour in 4 days, the company juggled some schedules and put their best repair person on the job the next day!
