Tino was great.  He arrived when he said he would and his workers were very conscientious about our presence and our home.  Tino took the time to discuss all details of the flooring including ripping out some particle board that was installed below our carpeting that could cause significant problems with our laminate flooring if it became wet and saturated.  He was very responsive and always returned calls.
